• The 8 Core Design Principles of a Systemic Team Coaching
• Defining the team’s identity: vision, mission, values, team boundaries, functioning rules
• Building the future together: team decision-making, responsibility, and accountability, conflict resolution techniques, managing stakeholders
• The role of the team coach: the six levels of attention of a Systemic Coach, techniques to maintain your coaching presence
• Designing a team coaching: proposal, coaching agreement, interviews, the structure of an offsite, and the follow-up to develop the team’s accountability
• Team coaching techniques: Open Space Technology, World Café, Mind Mapping, The Human Element, Prosocial
• Group Coaching facilitation
